水街的建筑风格吻合年轻人的审美，不是方方正正，四平八稳，而是几何造型，行走其间，是惊喜和意外。毗邻双清湾公园，建筑与水景交相辉映。设计者还引水入街，这里一个小喷泉，那儿一泓清池，颍淮文化的韵致在细微处有了体现。
