I would like to say the time when mountains are covered in snow is another season of flowers for them. You may wonder where the flowers come from in winter. In my eyes, snowflakes are the flowers over mountains in winter.

与大别山滑雪乐园相距不远有天柱山滑雪胜地，坐落在天柱山风景区内，群山环抱，林密雪厚。每年12月中旬到次年2月下旬，远景客人纷至沓来，感受1300亩雪场的魅力。初、中级滑雪道，雪圈道、单板公园和戏雪乐园，不同人可以找到不同的乐趣。中级滑雪道上，年轻人青春激昂，雪橇脱离地面时，将山间雪景尽收眼底，磅礴大气之感油然而生。雪圈道深受孩子们喜爱，坐在车胎状的雪圈中，顺势而下，风在脸上掠过，快乐飞扬!

Shiguan in Yuexi is at a high altitude. The ski park there in the Dabie Mountains naturally commands an inborn advantage in winter. Therefore it is known as a famous alpine ski resort. The combination of natural snowfall and man-made snow makes that place a winter ski destination in East China.

There are about 40,000 square meters available for snow skiing. In that area are ski-learning tracks, green circles for beginners, blue squares, known as intermediate runs, and even two black diamond tracks – locally called rainbow ski slides, which are terrifically attractive. The ski pistes are distributed according to the mountain topography, with ups and downs, extremely challenging.

这里除了高山飞雪的刺激体验、还有多种趣味十足的游乐活动，单板公园、拔河、雪船、雪片、雪铲、悠波球、香蕉船、碰碰球、雪地坦克等， “一站式”让孩子们玩尽冰雪。

Not far from the ski park in the Dabie Mountains is the ski resort with heavy snow in Mt.Tianzhu, which is located in the Mt. Tianzhu Scenic Area, surrounded by mountains and thick forests. From the middle of December to the last ten days of February of the next year, tourists from afar come in droves to enjoy the charm of the 1,300-mu ski resort. People with different skills can find different groups in green circles, blue squares, snow lanes, snowboarding or snow playing parks. The snow lanes are the favorite of kids. Sitting on the tire-shaped carriers, they go down along the slope. When they feel the touch of the wind, they scream in excitement!

“山倾天下，雪飘一方。”金寨莲花山滑雪场是原天堂寨滑雪场的升级版，以全新形象亮相。按照国际标准 , 建造U型槽场地、自由式空中技巧跳台，新建主雪具大厅和儿童雪具大厅。

As a verse reads "the scenery is eclipsed by mountains in snow". Mt. Lianhua Ski Resort in Jinzhai now presents a brand new look to visitors after being upgraded. It has built a halfpipe and a NH for freeski big air according to international standards and newly built a ski equipment hall and a children's ski equipment hall.

冬奥会催生了冰雪运动热。近年来，安徽建设冰雪运动场馆、冰雪运动特色校，普及冰雪运动培训，让更多人参与该运动。合肥市蜀山区凯旋门社区的冰纷万象滑冰场，冰雪运动爱好者可以在家门口练习滑冰技术。位于合肥的省运动促进健康中心五环冰雪馆，吸引着青少年前来感受滑冰乐趣。马鞍山启迪乔波冰雪世界是学习滑雪的体育休闲主题场馆，这里除初学者滑雪道、中高级休闲雪道及教学雪道外，还为儿童特别打造了梦幻冰雪精灵城等戏雪设施，冰上滑梯、冰雪迷宫、冰雪造型建筑。置身其间，仿佛来到《冰雪奇缘》的世界。

The Winter Olympics has invigorated the ice and snow sports in China. In recent years, Anhui has built quite a few snow and ice sports venues, arranged snow and ice sports training courses to popularize the sports and encourage more people to join in. Binfen Wanxiang Ice Rink in Kaixuanmen Community of Shushan District, Hefei, enables local ice and snow sports enthusiasts to practice their skating skills near home. The Hefei-based Five-Ring Ice and Snow Sports Stadium of Anhui Provincial Sports Promoting Fitness Center attracts many teenagers to enjoy skiing.Qidi Qiaobo Ice and Snow World in Ma'anshan has recently built some snow playing facilities for children, such as Menghuan Jingling Cheng, literally, magic fairy city for ice and snow elves.

1.滑雪是一项高消耗的运动，在进行滑雪运动前一定要补充热量。

2.在上雪道之前一定要做足充分的热身准备，让身体各关节充分活动开避免运动伤害。

3.视力不好的滑雪者，不要戴隐形眼镜和金属边框眼镜滑雪。滑雪运动时尽量配戴专业滑雪镜，避免雪盲。

4.请尽量穿戴专业滑雪服，自带保暖服不要过膝，避免活动不便带来的运动伤害。

5.滑雪运动时一定要戴手套，最好戴专业滑雪手套，尽量不戴外表为棉、毛制手套，避免划伤和冻伤。
